I've had the Sunday video for quite some time now but it never came to mind to give it a review. Being that its been out for quite some time now, I'm gonna keep it real brief. Its a fu DVD, no saving on costs with it's deluxe colorful packaging, Sunday spared no expense on their first and long awaited team DVD. Sure this video features some top notch shredders and some bang a rang bangers, I just think that Sunday failed to make the expected impact being that it was so long awaited. Ian Schwartz filmed for this DVD for what, like 2 years?
What I can say is this, Jim C. and the whole Sunday team did real well to bring that positive, fun having vibe to Up Up And Away. From the music to the editing to the little colorful animations, it all just the vibe that Sunday brings into everything they do. With that being said, I'll highlight some of the real good shit in the video...
-The German's section: The first section in the DVD and rightfully so. The dudes been killing it for a long time and its about time he got a full section!
-Kurt Rasmusson section. Full peg usage and lots of that technical riding that Kurt is known for.
-Aaron Ross Bangers with every fluorescent color imaginable
-Ian Schwartz section(s) with so much footage he needed two songs!
Here's the old trailer but I would imagine you had to of seen the Sunday DVD by now and if you haven't, well then your further behind than I am with this review... Lock it up!
